I got the offer of TE yesterday and it’s also a salary day of month of Neusoft, that’s cool!
In last two years, I dreamed of leaving the fucking Neusoft company everyday, as the low salary and hard work, everyone in the team wanna to quit. We have talked about it for some times, but no body do that in practice for that so high penal sum（9 months salary total). Thanks for the new labour legislation which comes into force at the beginning of this year, no pay needed if job-hopping. So far there are 12 people in team have leave the team and got very good new job. Hope the left in team have bright future and happy life.
We are brothers not colleague!
